The Countryside Communities Center was formed in 2007. Our mission is to assist low-income residents of Southwestern Wisconsin by providing basic needs such as food and informational services. We are a 501c(3) non-profit corporation and will serve anyone in need of assistance.

In June, 2010 we opened a permanent Food Pantry at 11010 Blackhawk Drive in the Blue Mounds Industrial park.  Pantry hours are Thursdays from 9 to 11am and 4 to 6pm.  There are no residence restrictions and patrons can visit weekly.

Our monthly business meeting is held at 6:30 PM on the second Monday of each month at the Blue Mounds Village Hall on Brigham Avenue in Blue Mounds. Anyone that would like to know more about us or to contribute their ideas is welcome to attend and be heard.
